Our average sales price is 30% higher than that of our trade association, The Victoria Board of Realtors, average. This focus continues to be expanded by the company President Tom Tucker as is further evidenced by our relationship with Realogy Corporation (formerly Cendant). In August 2001, Tom became an independent franchisee of ERA Real Estate. This affiliation has allowed the company to become an Associate Cartus Mobility Approved Broker (formerly Cendant Mobility) and gives the company worldwide relocation connections. In addition to being a DuPont Preferred Broker and Cartus Mobility Broker, we are also the approved broker for EDS Relocation Services, Prudential Relocation, Executive Relocation and numerous other third party relocation vendors. These relationships and our extensive relocation experience have helped cement ERA Realty Group, Inc. as the top relocation company serving Victoria and Calhoun counties as well as the entire Coastal Bend Region. In March 2005, ERA Realty Group, Inc. expanded into Port Lavaca by adding Cunningham Real Estate, Inc. as its second location.
